Vitamins to help that your eyelashes grow

Do not be surprised that the nutrition that supports the overall healthy hair growth also support the growth of eyelashes. A balanced diet of whole foods is essential to make your eyelashes grow and stay healthy. There are some key vitamins and minerals that you want to make sure that you include in your diet that will promote healthy eyelashes.

Biotin
Biotin is very important for your hair and eyelashes, as it is required for the growth of all cells and tissues. Include lettuce Roman, tomatoes, yeast of beer, brown rice, nuts, seeds of sunflower and carrots in your diet to make sure you get enough biotin. You can also take biotin as a supplement. It is soluble in water, it is unlikely that you can overdose on biotin.

Do not eat food containing eggs raw because they are high in protein that binds the biotin and prevents it from being absorbed. Cooked eggs are fine.

Zinc
Zinc deficiency could be the culprit, if one suffers from weak Eyelash and hair loss. It is often paired with biotin for healthy hair growth. You can get zinc in meat, peas, beans and lentils. Make sure your multivitamin, it typically contains zinc. Too zinc may cause stomach aches. Do not exceed 100 mg/day. Excessive amounts of zinc can interfere with the absorption of iron. You should check with your doctor if you have questions about your intake of zinc.

Iron
Lack of iron is responsible for the condition known as anemia and hair loss is one of the symptoms. To make sure you get enough iron in your diet, eat beans, legumes, nuts and lean meats. You can also take iron as a supplement. Iron is not soluble in water and if you take too much, you could suffer from constipation and excessive amounts can cause toxicity and even death.

Iron requirement decreases after menopause, women. The daily recommended dosage for women 14-18 is 15 mg/day, for women 19-50 is 18 mg/day and for women over 50 years is 8 mg/day. Check with your doctor to determine what is right for you.

Vitamin b complex
Vitamin b also supports the lashes and healthy hair growth. Rich in vitamin b foods include liver, tuna, beef, oatmeal, Turkey, bananas and potatoes. You can also complete with a good vitamin b complex. Since vitamin b is soluble in water, it is virtually impossible to overdose on it.

Other means of healthy eyelashes
There are other things you can do to keep your Eyelash healthy. Save the false eyelashes and heavy mascara for special occasions. Don't forget to delete your mascara overnight and be gentle with your lashes when you do. Easy does it with Eyelash curling player and do not remove your eyelashes when you use it.

For conditioning, try a little Vaseline or Aquaphor night and comb through with an eyelash brush or comb.
