Do you need 5-hour energy?

I love type of watch some ads for energy products. Some of them are the kind of cuties. However, I know that they were not something for me to use security. There are interactions with medications, and they can aggravate certain medical conditions.

This is not to say that they are bad products. In the right circumstances, they are very beneficial, especially in the short term. I am not saying that you should see these products in the same way that you would display any supplement; research and ask questions to ensure that they are the right choice for you. Here are a few things to consider:

(1) Interactions with Conditions: the two main sources of energy in many products are caffeine and sugar. Both can make problems, and some you may have not thought. Because it triggers fight or flight hormones, caffeine can increase blood pressure and increase heart rate. If you have high blood pressure or heart and kidney problems these can do worse. People with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and any condition involving emotions can also be made worse by eating foods, beverages or supplements that contain.

Diabetics have two dangers facing. One is, of course, the sugar content. There are few products that are free sugars, slightly reducing the danger. However, the caffeine content increases the likelihood of serious changes of sugar in the blood while in itself. If you are diabetic, talk to your doctor before using these supplements.

(2) Drug interactions: drug taken for medical conditions above will be performed by the ingredients in these products. This is especially true for mood disorders and blood pressure medications. If you take vitamin supplements, you could lose up to sixty per cent of their effectiveness by swallowing their energy drinks.

(3) Insomnia: the reason why most of head coffee drinkers pot of coffee in the morning first thing is so they can wake up faster. If you have an energy drink too close to the bedtime, you may find it very difficult to fall asleep.

Then, why people use these products? There are various reasons. One, obviously, is to stay awake. Young people who are studying for a test, for example, could use them so that they can study for a longer period of time. However, this is not a good idea, as the content of these products may make difficult concentration.

Lack of adequate sleep is another thing to watch. Studies link sleep deprivation to obesity and heart disease. Sleepy drivers are also almost as dangerous on the road than those under the influence.

Begin with any supplement, including energy drinks, talk to your doctor. If you have difficulty in maintaining sufficient energy to pass through your day, you have a medical condition that needs treatment. Your doctor may also tell you if it is safe for you to use these drinks. This will help you avoid interactions.
