Protein is a very important part in the human diet. Maximum protein supplement is found in animal-based foods. But other that products of origin animal protein is also present in other sources, including for vegetarians who eat no animal food staples. In the later period of the 20th century, all high-protein supplement plans were regarded as a great way to lose weight. But an excess of it also has drawbacks.

This method has proved successful for many, but there were complaints of side effects, including effects on cholesterol or traits.
