Omega-3 and weight loss

Introduction

Can lose you weight by taking bold? Yes, you can if you interfere with the proper type of fat. If you pass your unsaturated fat-saturated fat diet will help you not only improve the health of your body, but you could lose weight, too. But if you use unsaturated fats with Omega-3 you could lose even more weight.

What is Omega-3.

Omega-3 can be obtained from the cold water fish such as anchovies, cod, sardines and wild salmon from Alaska. It is also known as an essential fatty acid (EFA) because the body cannot produce. Fatty acids in cold water fish are DHA and EPA, that provide such benefits as improved cardiac function, lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and much more.

You can also get Omega-3 of the vegetation of plants such as linseed oil, nuts, of dark green leafy vegetables, to name a few. This source provides a fatty acid in the form of ALA, but it must be converted by the body for DHA and EPA to be effective.

Because the conversion rate is low, I would recommend obtaining the majority of your age of cold water fish or supplements that contain DHA and EPA fish oil.

How to lose weight with Omega-3.

Studies have shown that one of the actions that Omega-3 is lowering insulin levels in our body. A high level of insulin in the body tells cells to absorb fats. In so doing, he takes our body weight. Lowering insulin levels in the body will allow the body to burn excess fat, thereby reducing our weight.

But just eat foods high in the FTA or taking a supplement such as fish, oil that will help to reduce your weight, you should do more. To increase the rate of weight loss, you must also include a healthy diet.
